| When Bibles International representatives met with the Rito Language committee to consider  their request to assist them to translate the Scriptures into their language, Pastor Bernard, the Chairman of their Language Committee, made the following statement: "I do not expect to live long enough to hold in my hand a Rito New Testament." Then he pointed to the young childrenand teenagers who had been observing the meeting of the committee with the representatives and made this statement, "We want them to have God's Word in our language. Will you help us translate the Bible into the Rito language?" |
